I’ve dedicated my life to service—through law enforcement, ministry, and community leadership—and now, I’m ready to bring that same commitment to Congress in the fight for a safer, stronger, and more united future for District 13.

Meet Dr. Jeff

For decades, Dr. Jeff has worked at the intersection of law enforcement, faith, and community service. His life’s mission has been to bring people together, solve problems, and build partnerships that strengthen communities.

  • Currently serves on the Gwinnett County Police Citizens Review Board

His doctoral dissertation, “The Importance of Community Partnerships,” emphasized the need for law enforcement, faith institutions, businesses, and government to work together to create safer, more vibrant communities.

Family First
Married for over 33 years, Dr. Jeff and his wife are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents of five. He understands the challenges families face—and he’s committed to building a future where all families can thrive.

Dr. Jeff is running for Congress to represent District 13 with honesty, compassion, and dedication. Together, we can create a government that listens, communities that prosper, and opportunities that uplift every generation.
