For decades, Dr. Jeff has worked at the intersection of law enforcement, faith, and community service. His life’s mission has been to bring people together, solve problems, and build partnerships that make communities stronger.

Law Enforcement – Dedicated years of service to protect and strengthen neighborhoods.
Ministry – Guided families and individuals toward hope, unity, and stronger values.
Community Service – Led initiatives to build connections between civic institutions.

His doctoral dissertation, “The Importance of Community Partnerships,” emphasized how law enforcement, faith institutions, business, and government must work hand-in-hand to create safer, more vibrant communities.

My priorities are simple: restore civility in government, keep our communities safe, grow local jobs, ensure healthcare is guided by professionals—not profits—and make education affordable for every family. By working together through community partnerships, we can solve problems, meet needs, and create a brighter future for District 13.

Our leaders must treat each other with respect. I will work to restore honesty, accountability, and cooperation in government so that we can focus on solutions, not division.

Safe Communities

Every family deserves to feel safe. With decades of experience in law enforcement and community partnerships, I know how to bring together police, faith leaders, businesses, and local government to create neighborhoods where people feel secure.

Economic Development

Strong communities thrive when local businesses and workers have the opportunity to grow. I will support policies that strengthen small businesses, attract new industries, and create good-paying jobs across District 13.

Healthcare for People, Not Profits

Healthcare decisions should be guided by medical professionals—not corporate bottom lines. I will fight to make healthcare more affordable and accessible for every family.
